STEIN boilers are characterised by high quality, solid workmanship and well thought-out designs. Whether considered in terms of production, cleaning or energy consumption, they impress by virtue of their economy. Like all STEIN products, our boilers are completely made of high grade stainless steel and are fully insulated - a purchase that pays off.

The performance capabilities of STEIN boilers can be seen in their range of uses, e.g. sterilising, cooking, vacuum cooking and steaming, pressure cooking and simmering, roasting/deep frying, wet and dry vacuum pickling, maturing uncooked sausages and spraying brine. Made to last, they fulfil all the criteria appropriate to everyday use.

During development, particular attention was paid to the heating system which, while consuming the minimum of energy, ensures that heating-up takes place uniformly and rapidly, with negligible heat losses. In addition to single, double and multiple systems (and, needless to say, with attached cooling pans), special versions can be supplied if required in any size from 200 to 2000 litres and with any type of heating.

STEIN boilers are fitted as standard with a microprocessor control which not only monitors directly the temperature of the water but also regulates the preset and operating times. Core temperature and F-value measurement can be supplied at extra charge.
Oil and gas fired boilers have combustion chambers made of ceramic fibres, ensuring the uniform heating of the floor and side walls. They come with a 10-year guarantee. Safety is assured by a dry running cutout, incorporated as standard. Heating without water is impossible. All electrically heated boilers have a double jacket which contains the heating elements. Indirect heating using heat transfer oil is available as an optional extra. This prevents any possibility of fire and considerably reduces energy consumption. A fluid level controller can be supplied as special equipment.


Europa 400 litre gas heated boiler with watertight digital controller mounted in the boiler itself. No separate control unit required.



MCK microprocessor with facilities for inputting boiler temperature, core temperature, operating and preset times. Delta-T cooking and F-value measurement are available as optional extras.



Double boiler unit
Comprised of one 200 l and one 300 l electric boiler with indirect heating via an oil bath, tailor made as a single unit. Completely made of stainless steel and fully insulated, other features include an MCK microprocessor control system and a plunger-type drain cock.



A bank of boilers
STEIN boilers can be made in any desired size and with any type of heating. Standard sizes are given below but variations on these dimensions may be specified if required.
